Browse & Darby is delighted to announce our upcoming exhibition of works by Thomas Lamb.
The sun and moon have long captivated human imagination, embodying themes of balance, transformation, and the passage of time. In Under the Sun and the Moon, Thomas Lamb presents a series of paintings and works on paper that explore these eternal cycles as they manifest in the natural world.
Responding to the light, atmosphere, and the changing seasons, Lamb celebrates the dynamic interplay of opposites: day and night, warmth and coolness, presence and stillness.
At the heart of this exhibition is the cyclical transformation of the seasons, from
the blossoming vitality of spring to the quiet introspection of winter. These works,
imbued with luminous colour and a sense of expansive space, invite the viewer to
ref lect on their connection to nature and the rhythms that unite life.
